3. Prices of lodging for 1 month:

     a. Daily price with electricity: HK$600.
        Water & gas are also included.

     b. Or daily price without electricity: HK$520
     Water & gas are included except electricity.

    C. In this case, the deposit of half month is required.

4. Pick-up service:

The first pick up is free of charge; but the second is charged of HK$100 for each car (for 4 persons).

5. Others conditions:

a. The minimum period to stay is 3 continued nights.

b. The maximum capacity of this apartment: 8 persons.

c. The following costs are included: Electricity, water & gas.

d. Check in: 2 pm or later;

Check out: 10 am. The late check out is allowed if no customer in this day.

e. Payment: 20% of deposit will be required after confirmation of booking.

Full payment will be made in or before the second night of check in.
